Digitization of the hiring process for staff for cruise ships around the world numbering over 10,000 candidates.  This facilitates candidates' applications and makes it easier for the company to keep a database with their data and track any changes as well as their communications. The application carries out most of the processes itself; this includes conducting preliminary quizzes, interviews, managing contracts, making payrolls and outgoing invoices to clients.
