GDPR Regulation and GDPR Education

The message of GDPR is clear - if you have access to personal user data in any way and continue to process it, you are obliged to implement GDPR into your business system, no later than May 25, 2018.

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a new European regulation that obliges all European Union member states to an entirely new level of personal data protection for each individual.

The new regulation allows citizens to regain control over their user data, and all business entities that collect and process data in any way are required to adapt their operations within existing systems in accordance with the new law.

For those who do not comply with the law, there are prescribed penalties of up to €20 million or 4% of the total company's revenue.
