After receiving the computer from the user who describes their perception of the problem (it doesn't always have to be accurate!), a new incident is created in the CRM with a detailed description of the reported issue.
The first phase of computer repair, regardless of the type of fault, involves a detailed diagnostic of the computer. Using special tools, programs, and experience, the physical components (hard drive, memory, optical device, etc.), temperatures of individual components, buzzing and hardware operation are tested, providing a more detailed insight into the computer's performance.
After a detailed diagnostic, numerous pieces of information are obtained to suggest upgrade and repair options to the user, along with cost estimates and recommendations for further actions. As a company, we care deeply about our customers and never perform any repairs without prior approval and consent from the user, who is always offered the best value option (the best for the least money).
Once the user learns the cost of the work and potential installation of new components, which we have in stock, an approximate completion time is provided, after which they decide whether they want to proceed with the computer repair or not. Before the actual work begins, and after verifying the disk's integrity, all data from physical media (disk) is stored for the next month in case of unforeseen difficulties.
